What we do
We offer our clients a wide range of recreational and educational activities aimed at continuing education and enhanced communication, as well as social and physical skills. Our programs are activity based and are recreational and educational. Program activities facilitated during the year vary from day to day with a choice of programs throughout the day. Activities include math, science, arts & crafts, music, current events, baking, nutrition, yoga & meditation, languages, poetry, drama, photography, video making, personal goals, history and culture, body movement, stretching, politics, C.A.R.E. radio, games, sports, discussions, etc.

We also provide community inclusion outings a few times every month. Due to our client-to-staff ratio we are able to offer individual assistance with activities, which allows our clients to participate to the fullest of their abilities. Our activities are adapted to suit our clients needs, and the programs are ever changing each school year depending on the desires and interests of the participants.

Our programs
Day Program (educational & recreational), Community inclusion outings programs and health and wellness programs all for adults aged 21+ with intellectual and severe physical disabilities.

Community outings
Throughout the year as well as during our summer inclusion outings program we frequent a variety of wheelchair accessible outings in and around the city of Montreal.

At the day program
Our facilitators offer a variety of program activities daily. There is an emphasis on client choice. We offer three program blocks per day for 45 minutes and each program block has three different activity choices that are animated simultaneously. This means we offer 9 different structured programs each day. Clients choose their activities each day, which allows for variation day to day and year to year. Below is a list of some of the activities that we do during the school year.
